Conference fees

Early bird (by 28 February 2017)

  • Faculty 260.- CHF (± 270 US$/235 €)
  • PhD Student 150.- CHF (± 155 US$/135 €)

Regular (by 15 April 2017)

  • Faculty 330.- CHF (± 345 US$ / 300 €)
  • PhD Student 210.- CHF (± 220 US$ / 190 €)

The fees include all conference material, lunches, coffee breaks and welcoming reception on the first evening of the conference. A conference dinner is planned at an extra fee of 50.- CHF.

 amend an existing registration:

  1. Go to our registration platform at ECA – Home.
  2. Click on ‘Amend’ (left) and log in. If you forgot your password, click on “Request login details”.
  3. Once you are logged in, click on ‘Edit registration’ (bottom right).
  4. Click on ‘Edit’ (right, next to your name). This takes you to the ‘Personal information’ page.
  5. Click ‘Proceed’ (bottom right). This takes you to the ‘Social events and lunches’. Make any amendments you want. If you want to book tickets for an accompanying person, answer ‘Yes’ to the first question.
  6. Click ‘Proceed’ (bottom right). This takes you to the ‘Hotel Accommodation’ page.
  7. If you want to book accommodation please select ‘Yes’ and click ‘Proceed’. If not, select ‘No’.
  8. Please indicate how many people will be staying in the room and indicate the arrival and departure dates.
  9. Click ‘Proceed’ (bottom right). This takes you to the ‘Hotel list’. Choose the accommodation and click on ‘Book’.
  10. Click on ‘Complete registration’ (bottom right).
  11. This takes you to a summary of your registration.
